Punjab E-Bike Scheme 2024 Latest Updates and News

The Punjab E-Bike Scheme 2024, launched by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, aims to provide affordable and easy-to-pay electric and petrol bikes to underprivileged and deserving students in the province.

Eligibility Criteria:

You must belong to Punjab province.
You must be enrolled in any government or private university.
You must come from a financially challenged background.
You must possess a motorcycle license or learner's permit.
You must maintain a minimum school attendance of 70%.

Benefits:

Students can obtain a bike through convenient installments over two years.
The down payment for an electric bike is Rs. 10,000 with a monthly installment of Rs. 10,000.
The down payment for a petrol bike is Rs. 10,000 with a monthly installment of Rs. 5,000.

Registration:

Registration for the first phase is now closed.
The government has not yet announced a date for the second phase.
